Thinly sliced salmon served with capers, shallots, Italian olives, tomato and gherkin. Drizzled in an olive oil, lemon and dill dressing.

Salmon Fillet, seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes with a creamy tarragon and dill sauce.

Chicken Parmigiana

Breaded chicken breast topped with tomato sauce, honey roast ham and Emmental cheese. Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

With chicken, mixed vegetables, garlic, chili, parsley and chopped cherry tomatoes

Cajun rice pot with mixed peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic, coriander, tomatoes, peas and a hint of chili

A choice of either 6oz Scottish beef Patty or a marinated chicken breast. Served in a warm bun with relish, chipotle mayo, lettuce, gherkin and tomato. With a side of chips.

8oz Scottish Sirloin Steak (£4.50 Supp)

Cooked to your liking. Served with chips and a choice of peppercorn, blue cheese or red wine and mushroom sauce.
